Do you sell generics?

Yes, we sell both brand-name drugs and generics.

What is a generic drug?

Generics are drugs that are produced without patent protection. A generic medication contains the same active ingredients as its branded counterpart. Such drugs may have another color, shape, and taste but this does not affect the drug efficiency. Generic drugs can be manufactured when the patent of brand-name equivalent expires. The generic manufacturer uses the ready chemical formula and therefore is able to set a lower price. The cost is also reduced due to the lack of expenses on advertising.

Are generics FDA approved?

All generics offered by Trust Pharmacy are FDA-approved.

How to place an order through your website?

To place an order at our online pharmacy, you need to choose the desired items, add them to the virtual shopping cart and proceed to “checkout”. Then you need to complete a short order form and submit your order. As soon as the order is accepted, you will receive an order confirmation message sent to your email.

Do I need to send you a prescription?

In some cases, we may require a prescription for the medications available on this site. Many of our products are over the counter.

How much is shipping?

The shipping rates will depend on the delivery option you choose, the destination, and the medications you order. To find out the shipping fee, you need to add the products to the shopping cart and proceed to checkout.

What delivery options do you offer?

We offer 2 delivery options: EMS (trackable courier service) and Regular Airmail delivery (non-trackable mail service). Orders shipped via EMS are usually delivered within 5 – 9 days, while orders shipped via Regular Airmail should arrive within 14 – 21 days.

Do you ship to other countries?

Yes, we ship to most worldwide countries. However, some exceptions may occur.

Do you send orders anonymously?

We understand that some of our customers would like to remain confidential when ordering meds from us. That’s why we ship all orders in opaque packages.

What if the package arrives damaged or some products are missing?

Such cases are extremely rare. However, if this happens, you should contact us immediately and we will solve the problem: we will either reship the products for free or offer you a full refund.

What if I have not received the parcel within the promised delivery time?

If the order isn’t received during the expected delivery time, please contact us as quickly as possible. We will either resend the goods for free or return the money.

Can I cancel the order?

Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours after you’ve placed it.

Can I check the order status?

If your order is shipped via EMS, you will be able to track your order status using a tracking number.

How can I pay for goods?

Trust Pharmacy accepts Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club, Discover, JCB, and e-checks.

Do you have a money-back guarantee?

Yes, we will return the money if the order was not delivered for any reason.
