Delivery and Payment

We ship medications for almost any destination. Some exceptions may occur.

We can choose between 2 shipping methods:

  1. Airmail service takes 14 – 21 days. The orders sent by Airmail service are NOT trackable. Delivery maximum term is 30 days;
  2. Trackable Courier Service (EMS) takes 5 – 9 days. The orders sent by Airmail service are trackable. Delivery maximum term is 14 days. A tracking number starts working within 4 working days after the shipment has been dispatched.

The shipping rates vary depending on the shipping option you choose. To find out the shipping rate for your destination, please add the desired items to the virtual shopping cart, and proceed to checkout.

All orders are sent in discreet packages because we value your privacy.

If the package is damaged during transportation / arrives incomplete / or it does not arrive within the promised term, you should contact us and notify of the problem. We will either reship the products free of charge or return the money. We always do our best to solve any problems as quickly as possible.

Please keep in mind that if you order 100 tablets or moere, they will be shipped in several packages.
