Quality Payments – Evidence checklist

The PSNC Services Team regularly receives queries from community pharmacy contractors and pharmacy teams regarding what evidence they need to retain, to demonstrate that they have met the gateway and quality criteria for the Quality Payments Scheme.

This PSNC Briefing provides contractors with examples of what constitutes acceptable evidence, in a checklist format they can use to confirm they have the necessary evidence for the February 2019 review point. It is important that contractors have this evidence to assure themselves that they meet all the Gateway and Quality Criteria requirements; as well as to be able to provide this evidence to the NHS BSA provider assurance team that will undertake verification checks on behalf of NHS England to ensure that these requirements are met.
